Free Standard Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £150. This delivery will be made by Initial City Link within 5 working days
(for items in stock). You can track your order online during this time to find a scheduled delivery date.
*Orders under £150 will be subject to a charge of £4.95 (for addresses in mainland UK) for our standard carrier delivery service (up to 5 working days,
if items in stock).
Free delivery to store is offered on all Collect@Store orders.
Next Working Day Delivery
We offer an upgrade to next working day delivery* for just £5.95. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed
before 5pm Monday to Friday. These orders will be despatched for delivery the following working day.

Our carrier is Inital City Link. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Saturday Delivery
We also offer Saturday delivery* for £15.95. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 5pm on Friday.
Royal Mail 1st Class Post
Selected items qualify for our £3.99 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery charge, which takes 2-3 working days. Please see product pages for details.
Bank Holidays
No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays so orders placed before 5pm on a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays.
Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by Jessops.
Next working day delivery offer excludes out of stock products.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands will always incur a delivery surcharge of £9.
Any delivery costs include VAT at 17.5% and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.
Recycling - WEEE policy
The UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations aim to reduce the environmental impact from electrical waste by reducing the amount of
unsorted waste as this goes to landfill sites and incinerators. Jessops has contributed towards a national fund to assist local councils to develop their waste
electronics collection facilities, instead of accepting electrical waste at our retail sites.
The wheelie bin symbol on new electrical products is there to remind people not to dispose of WEEE to unsorted waste. Please help us to minimise the
effect we have on the environment by recycling your waste electrical goods. Instead of throwing your WEEE in the bin (unsorted waste) find your nearest
recycling points and helpful recycling tips by visiting www.recycle-more.co.uk or by phoning the helpline 0800 123 4567.
As part of Jessops ongoing environmental policy all Jessops carrier bags produced since September 2007 are oxobiodegradable. Our small bags will follow suit
at next production. This means that our medium and large carrier bags will safely degrade in virtually any environment. The degrading process starts about 18
months after first use and does not produce methane or any other hazardous or toxic by-products. These bags can also be recycled as HDPE where such recycling
is available.
